Q: What types of massage do you offer?
A:  We not only do Chinese acu-pressure massage, but also do relaxation, remedial, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, sports, reflexology, pregnancy, and infantile massage.

Q:  Can I have Chinese treatment while I am also being treated with traditional western medicine?
A:  Yes. It is important to inform your practitioner of any medications you are taking.

Q:  Do I need to cook raw herbal medicines?
A: Not really, we provide water soluble herbal powders, which are easy to use and as effective as the traditional raw herbs.

 
Q:  Can I claim rebate from health funds?
A:
 Yes, our practitioners are registered with over 50 private health funds, including Medibak private, MBF, NRMA, NIB, HCF, AHM, ARHG,etc.

Q: Do you treat Comcare or insurance/third party patients?
A:
Yes, we do. Please bring relevant documents for your initial visit.

Q: Can your practitioners issue the sickness certificate?
A: Yes, we can issue sickness certificate upon patients' health conditions.

Q: Do you do mobile service or home visit?
A:
Yes, it's upon the patients/clients request.
